1.By auto controlling the ratio between fresh and returned air to realize the control of enthalpy value. In the seasons Spring, Summer and Autumn, through calculating and comp-aring enghalpy value of fresh and returned air, adopting variable structure adaptive robust control algorithm to auto adjust the ratio between fresh and returned air. By this technology, for some factories, where temperature control precision is below 0.5℃ throughout the whole year, our AHU can reduce 40% cooling energy consumption and 80% heating energy consumption.
 
2.The twice returned air for environment air in Winter; the twice fresh air for environment air in other seasons.
 
3.One movable door is installed in the bottom of cooling coil.when it is opened,the resistance is reduced. At the same time, one certain amount of uncool air can be through in Summer,it will reduce cooling energy consumption. Water pump is controlled by inverter.
 
4.Sealed AHU, reducing leakage and the energy consumption
 
5.Variable flow system is adopted in cold water system ,by two-ways valve, cold water is regulated to realizing the pump flow adjustment, same time the water pipes are reduced.
 
6.As possible as air inlet and outlet in the end of the AHU to reduce the wind resistance.
 
7.Using big temperature difference water chiller and cooling tower to reduce cold and cool water flow.
 
8.As possible as using big size wind pipes and water pipes if installation and cost conditions can be met.
 
9.Pipe design following related design specification,reduce resistance of main wind ducts as possible as can.
 
10.Fans selection to make fans work at most efficient operating point;water pumps selection is according to right lift and flow.
 
11.All surface cooling coil is equipped with water dish,the condensated water is into spraying water pool in Summer,saving spraying water, reducing water temperature and consumption of cooling energy.
 
12.The hot water on the steam heater is into spray pool,saving water and using the remained heat.
 
13.Cold station energy management system includes :cold water pump flow auto control by inverter; chiller, cooling tower, intelligent control of cold and cool water pump on-grid and off-grid.
 
14.Cold water spraying humidification cooling technology reducing, fans energy consumption by 10
 
15.Remote monitoring technique on the basis of internet,fully monitoring the operation of energy management software,providing best solution for AHU.
